Watch as lambs spin on the spit,grilling, sizzling over an open fire, and prepare to enjoy this succulent dish like never before. We’ll also bake traditional Easter bread and dishes in our wood oven, capturing the true flavors of Greek Pascha.
- Prepare Classic Easter Dishes: Get hands-on in the kitchen as we prepare iconic Greek Easter dishes, including Koulourakia (sweet Easter cookies), red eggs (symbolizing resurrection), and more. Learn the recipes passed down through generations and take the knowledge home with you!
- Celebrate with Family & Friends: This is a celebration for the whole family! You’ll join our family in preparing, cooking, and celebrating. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed as part of our Easter tradition.
- Dance & Enjoy Greek Music: No Greek celebration is complete without dance! We’ll share traditional Greek dances, accompanied by lively music that will have everyone on their feet, celebrating in the true spirit of Pascha.
