Each team will prepare dishes from their respective mother’s classic recipes, with plenty of friendly competition and a dash of Greek drama. Who will win the title of "Best Greek Cook"?
- Farm-to-Table Ingredients: All the ingredients you'll use come directly from our gardens and fields. Learn how fresh, local produce can transform a meal and taste the difference it makes in every bite.
- Tour the Farm & Meet the Animals: After the heated cooking battle, take a relaxing stroll through our gardens and fields. Meet our animals, and learn how we care for them and grow our food sustainably.
- Teamwork & Dance: The competition isn’t just about cooking—it’s about teamwork! Once the final dishes are ready, we’ll celebrate the end of the battle with some Greek music and dancing. Put your team spirit to the test, and dance your way to victory in true Greek style!

We’ll also bake traditional Easter bread and dishes in our wood oven, capturing the true flavors of Greek Pascha.
- Prepare Classic Easter Dishes: Get hands-on in the kitchen as we prepare iconic Greek Easter dishes, including Koulourakia (sweet Easter cookies), red eggs (symbolizing resurrection), and more. Learn the recipes passed down through generations and take the knowledge home with you!
- Celebrate with Family & Friends: This is a celebration for the whole family! You’ll join our family in preparing, cooking, and celebrating. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed as part of our Easter tradition.
